]]> Zuvor zweimal in Duisburg, aber diesmal trafen sich die Spielenden in den Dortmunder Messehallen mit verlängertem ersten Wochenende im Juli. Die Resonanz hinsichtlich der 15 % kleineren Hallenfläche wurde als positiv empfunden, zumal aber auch 20 % weniger Teilnehmer zu verbuchen waren, was vielleicht an der Pandemie, vielleicht an dem sommerlichen NRW-Ferienwochenende lag, was sehr zu anderen Freizeitaktivitäten einlud. Viele Besucher nutzten die Gelegenheit, um Spiele auszuprobieren oder zu testen, sie zu kaufen oder bereits vorhandene zu ergänzen sowie sich umfassend zu informieren. Auch die Ausleihe von Spielen war möglich. Helfend und beratend zur Seite standen 53 Verlage, Händler und Spielverleiher sowie Erklärbären, engagiertes Personal, was sich mit den Spielen hervorragend auskannte. Wir, das Team Product Cluster team, were able to talk to and listen to some of the visitors as well as the booth owners. We don’t remember long waiting times, but a lot of fun and entertainment. The mood was liberated, relaxed and motivating. So 12 new games were presented and 13 authors of games were represented.
